The laboratory was established in Nicosia, Cyprus in 1988 under the name XHMEIO ROUDA,  and specializing in both routine and special medical laboratory tests such as HPLC, Immunofluorescence,  Hormones, Cancer Markers, Virology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology and Veterinary tests .  The Lab is officially registered in the Ministry of Health and is member of the Association of Clinical Laboratory Directors, Biomedical and Clinical Laboratory Scientists.

Quality assurance of the tests we perform at our laboratory is achieved with several External Quality Assurance schemes: ESEAP Biochemistry tests, RIQAS Hormones and Cancer Markers,  IMMQAS  Immunnofluorescence, UKNEQAS  Hematology and  UKNEQAS  Virology tests. (Certificates)
